Art and design are part insight, part inspiration and part innovation. In my studio, 'accidents' happen. Each piece begins with an intention and usually lands in a different place.
After nearly three decades in graphic design and illustration, I have fully transitioned to full-time art. My diverse education—from Emily Carr College of Art (foundation), Ryerson University (fashion design and illustration), and Vancouver Island University (graphic design and painting)—shapes my approach to art, making each piece speak a universal language of colour, form, and design.
My work is known for its bold scale and vibrant palette, engaging and provoking thought, fitting seamlessly into private and public collections globally. MY WORK LOVES BIG WHITE WALLS. Recently, I’ve explored surface design, merging texture and colour, influenced by William Morris yet maintaining a contemporary edge.
I aim to create art that fosters reflection, dialogue, and personal connection. I love to say, GET LOST in my art, for all its layers and underlying details. Now navigating South Okanagan’s artistic landscape, I’m inspired by the potential for unspoken conversations through art and spaces.
